About Isaiah Aker

Isaiah Aker is a native Houstonian whose real estate career began in early 2021. He launched in the industry with the #1 training company in real estate, laying a strong foundation before moving on to serve as a buyers’ agent for one of Houston’s top-producing teams.

In 2022, Isaiah joined Martin Collum Real Estate, stepping out on his own to represent a diverse range of clients—including commercial users, residential builders, and close friends and family navigating their home purchases and sales. Under the guidance of his broker, Isaiah sharpened his expertise in financial proformas, expanded his construction knowledge, and developed a deeper understanding of title and mortgage processes. This well-rounded skill set allows him to deliver first-class service and informed guidance at every stage of a transaction.

Isaiah’s familiarity with Greater Houston runs deep. Currently residing in downtown, Isaiah has also lived in Baytown, Cypress, Memorial, and Spring Branch - he brings genuine local insight to clients seeking the right neighborhood fit. Before entering real estate, Isaiah built leadership and operational experience as a restaurant general manager and director of operations for a clothing company. These roles strengthened his communication, business acumen, and marketing abilities—particularly in social media—giving him a modern edge in today’s marketplace.

When he’s not serving clients, Isaiah enjoys working out, cycling, and playing baseball and other sports with friends.
