About Sam Zivley

Sam is a seventh-generation Texan that recently found his way back south from the mountains of Colorado where he had been living for the past 5 plus years. While there Sam worked in Aspen Colorado alongside luxury homebuilders learning construction and property management. This is where Sam found his passion for Real estate and construction.  

Sam returned to Texas and continued this passion for real estate by getting his license and using his connections to find a group of experienced mentors that he could align his vision and goals. 

Since joining the group Sam has brought in pivotal investors and clients through his hard work and ability to foster strong impactful relationships. He is determined to find the desired outcome for his clients through diligence.
