About Stephan Hess

Stephan joined the team in the summer of 2022 as a Business Developer. Previously working as Sr. Digital Media Specialist for Mattress Firm Inc. where he helped implement a fully integrated digital strategy that included all aspects of online marketing including paid search advertising, organic search engine optimization, email marketing campaigns, retargeting ads, social media management and ad campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram & YouTube. He was recruited from Stephen F. Austin State University where he earned a BBA in Marketing, Management and International Business from the Rusche College of Business. He brings to an already dynamic team an innate sense of business and a highly motivated work ethic.
